Our Comprehensive Registration Process

Trademark Search & Advisory
We begin by thoroughly reviewing your proposed mark and conducting a comprehensive trademark search to ensure your brand does not conflict with any existing registered marks. Document Preparation & Submission
Once confirmed, we prepare all required documents in both Thai and English, including the trademark application form, detailed list of goods and services, power of attorney, and proof of applicant identity or company registration. We then submit the complete application to the DIP on your behalf with precision and care.
Examination & Clarification
After submission, the DIP conducts formal and substantive examination of your application. If clarification or amendment is required during this critical phase, our dedicated team handles all communication with examiners, ensuring responses are accurate and submitted well within the required timeframe.
Publication & Opposition Period
Once your mark successfully passes examination, it is published in the Trademark Gazette for 60 days to allow for any third-party opposition. We monitor this period closely and keep you fully updated on any notice or action that may be required to protect your interests.
Registration & Certificate Issuance
If no opposition occurs, or after successful resolution of any challenges, the DIP issues the official Certificate of Trademark Registration. We collect the certificate, carefully review all details for accuracy, and provide the official copy to you along with comprehensive guidance on maintaining your trademark rights for the full 10-year term.
